Jack Nelson
Director & Principal Consultant
Jack Nelson is a chartered engineer with over 15 years of experience in Asset Management. He has worked across the water, power, transport, defence, and local government sectors in both Australia and New Zealand.
He has planned and implemented Asset Management improvement initiatives addressing all ISO 55001 requirements and across the full breadth of the Asset Management landscape.
With a strong interest in investment planning, Jack has worked both as the client and on behalf of clients to secure regulatory funding for prudent investment plans that deliver optimal value for customers and for the organisation.
From 2021, Jack has been a member of the ISO Technical Committee, TC 251, contributing to the review and update of the ISO 550xx standards. Between 2022 and 2024, he was part of the GFMAM Asset Management Landscape review group, helping revise that key guidance document.
Jack is driven by a commitment to creating solutions that deliver measurable value to support your objectives and the objectives of your organisation. Having worked extensively on the client side, he understands the importance of producing collaborative, tailored, and practical outputs to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.
